We are two Physical Therapists, that are doing our best to keep our sanity and enjoy each day in this crazy life. We strive (most days) to live healthy, see our personal glasses as half full (somedays we have to round up for this one), and hope to share that perspective with you all. Who knows, maybe we can have some fun exploring the challenges to healthy living and finding creative solutions? Join as Dr. Bobbie and Dr. Jess interview John Hill, a volunteer Chaplain and retired air traffic controller about goal setting for spiritual and recreational growth. John used to work as an evangelist and preacher, and through his own spiritual journey has entered into world of mindfulness and away from organized religion. He does still volunteer as Chaplain at a local rural hospital and works part-time at a crisis cold weather shelter to give members of our unsheltered community a place to sleep on cold nights.

Dr. Scott developed a passion for naturopathic medicine while working as a medical assistant at an integrative clinic in the Chicago suburbs after completing her bachelor’s degree. Seeing first-hand the incredible success of using nutrition and natural therapies with her patients helped shape her view on healthcare and compelled her to seek a unique route in medicine. Her goal as a naturopathic doctor is to educate patients about their health, explain why making lifestyle modifications is essential, and empower them to make these changes. She strives to be a healer, motivator, teacher, and cheerleader.
